The iconic Sugababes are making waves once again, adding a highly anticipated summer show to their packed 2024 schedule. The London trio—Siobhan Donaghy, Mutya Buena, and Keisha Buchanan—will headline Newmarket Racecourse on August 23 as part of The Jockey Club Live post-racing concert series. Joining them as a special guest will be pop sensation Natasha Bedingfield. Tickets for the event go on general sale at 10 AM this Friday, January 31.

A Spectacular Year Ahead

This newly announced performance comes on the heels of Sugababes’ massive spring UK and European arena tour, their biggest yet, which kicks off in April. The tour will make stops in major cities such as Leeds, London, Manchester, Birmingham, Cardiff, Newcastle, Glasgow, Belfast, and Dublin. They’re also set to headline the Hootenanny Fayre music festival in Cornwall on June 21.

Tickets for the arena tour and the Hootenanny Fayre festival are already available, so fans have plenty of opportunities to see the legendary trio in action.

A Legacy of Excellence

Sugababes burst onto the music scene in 2000 with their debut album, One Touch, showcasing their signature blend of vocal harmonies, catchy hooks, and influences from UK garage, R&B, and club music. Throughout the 2000s, the group cemented their place as one of Britain’s most successful girl bands, releasing six albums despite facing numerous lineup changes and industry challenges.

In 2022, the original trio reunited to release The Lost Tapes, an album featuring previously unheard material from 2011. The record was met with critical acclaim, reigniting their cultural clout and earning them a loyal following among new and longtime fans.

Still Reigning Supreme

Sugababes continue to prove their enduring appeal. Their triumphant return to the Glastonbury festival in recent years saw crowds flocking to their stage, with demand so high that their performance had to be shut down for the second time since 2022.

With a legacy spanning over two decades, Sugababes remain a force in British pop music, and their upcoming live shows promise to be unforgettable experiences for fans old and new.
