Stereophonics release their new single 'Seems Like You Don’t Know Me,' ahead of their upcoming album "Make ‘em Laugh, Make ‘em Cry, Make ‘em Wait," out April 25 via EMI. Check out below their 2025 tour dates and latest updates.
Stereophonics have unveiled a new single, "Seems Like You Don’t Know Me," a stripped-down, emotive track led by Kelly Jones' signature raspy vocals. The song follows "There's Always Gonna Be Something," released in January alongside the announcement of their upcoming album, "Make ‘em Laugh, Make ‘em Cry, Make ‘em Wait," which is set to arrive on April 25 via EMI.
Reflecting on the song, Jones shared:
"It always had a great melody, but in the studio, I took it through three or four different versions, from very complex, busy drumming to the final, very sparse drum machine and Juno synth version on the album, which I love. That atmosphere and the lyrics match so well together. Relationships are complex. Communication is so often broken."
Marking their highly anticipated return, "Make ‘em Laugh, Make ‘em Cry, Make ‘em Wait" promises to be a concise, direct, and filler-free eight-track record. Written and recorded in London, the album encapsulates a range of emotions, from hope and joy to heartache and longing—perfectly aligning with its evocative title.
With a legacy spanning three decades, eight No. 1 albums, and admiration from legendary artists such as Bob Dylan, David Bowie, and Dua Lipa, Stereophonics continue to command respect across generations.
The Welsh rock band is set to embark on a major tour, beginning in North America on March 21 before heading to Europe in April and May. This summer, they will also headline Neighbourhood Weekender and the Isle of Wight Festival.
